Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3 cup cooked millet, (see note)
1/2 cup nut butter such as cashew
OR almond or peanut or tahini
1 tbl onion powder
1 tbl tamari
1 tsp celery seed
1 tbl canola oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties: brown on both sides in lightly oiled skillet.

Makes 6 patties.

NOTE: To cook millet, bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil. Add 1 cup millet, cover and simmer over medium heat 15 minutes. Remove from heat; let sit uncovered 20 minutes.

Makes about 3 cups.
