Instructions: Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Mix together seasonings and blend with pork, eggs and spinach. Place about a teaspoonful of stuffing in the center of each wrap. With water, moisten two sides of wrap to a corner. Fold over into triangle shape and seal. Boil in water 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut one in half to check for doneness. Drain. Serve plain, with a dash of soy sauce or wine vinegar, as an appetizer. Or serve won ton in clear broth as a first course soup. Email this Recipe:
