1 x Egg (or 2 egg whites or egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg)
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat egg, sugar, vanilla extract and baking powder together until smooth and fluffy. Beat in the flour until smooth and well blended.

Stir in walnuts and apples. Turn into a lightly greased 8-inch pie plate and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Pie will puff up as it cooks, then collapse as it cools.

Serve warm, topped with a scoop of ice milk.

Yield: 8 serings at approx. 170 calories/serving (or 270 with ie milk).
