Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Rinse fillets and place in baking pan. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, salt, cayenne, and Old Bay seasoning.
In a heavy skillet, saute garlic in oil for a couple of minutes. Stir in cornbread crumbs and continue to cook, stirring often, until crumbs are golden and crisp. Stir in parsley; spoon seasoned crumbs over fish. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for 10 to 15 minutes more, until fish is tender and topping is crisp.
