Instructions: Melt butter . Combine cake mix and oats in a large bowl; stir in melted butter until mixture is crumbly. Measure about 3 cups into greased 13 x 9" pan. Press firmly to cover bottom. Combine preserves and 1 T. water, spoon over crumb crust, spread evenly. Cover with remaining mixture. Pat firmly to make top even. Bake at 375 for 20 min. Top should be very light brown.
