1 cup	Flour
1/4 cup	Sugar
1 cup	Boiling water
2 tsp	Butter
1 cup	Mixed fruit
1 tsp	Spice

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix boiling water, soda and butter together. Mix dry ingredients together add water and mix well. Tie in a cloth, boil 2 hours. Looks sloppy but turns out well.

This measurements are the old standard measures. This good served with custard.
