2. Dredge the patties in the matzoh meal 3. Fry in the oil 4. Drain on kitchen paper (paper towels) Serve with the following Sauce: 1. Put the oil into a pan and heat up with the garlic until fragrant 2. When garlic is fragrant, add the onion rings; fry until wilted down 3.
