2 sm dried red chiles (pick according to your heat level)
2 lrg clv garlic (or small if you dont like as much garlic)
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbl fish sauce
1 tbl rice wine vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Mash chiles and garlic together (or blend in food processor) Mix fish sauce, vinegar and juice Dissolve in sugar Mix chiles and garlic Usually used as a dipping sauce-take a leaf of lettuce, put on some rice noodles, veggies and meat roll up and dip Or if the lettuce is coming shredded or chopped, pour over the top. Also very good for dipping spring rolls etc.
