1/2 tsp double-acting baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 x Egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk
2 tbl salad oil
1/4 tsp walnut extract, (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients.

Bake in moderate oven until test done.
