Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil or spray baking sheets or line with parchment paper. Using an electric mixer or food processor, cream Nutella, butter and brown sugar until light and well blended. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Stir in vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Roll tablespoons of dough between your palms to form 2 inch balls and place about 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Press each cookie with tines of a fork to create a crisscross pattern. If fork sticks too much to dough, dip tines into white flour or cocoa powder. (Dont worry, the white marks from the flour will disappear during baking.) Bake for 10 minutes.
