Recipe for Nutmeg Blue Cheese Spread

8 oz	blue cheese (softened)
8 oz	lowfat cream cheese (softened)
	(note: Ive zapped the cheeses in the
	microwave to get them soft - about 30 sec at a time)
8 oz	lowfat mayonnaise
1/4 tsp	nutmeg fresh ground

Instructions:

Instructions: I keep a small grater next to my nutmeg - when I make up a blue cheese spread a good grinding of nutmeg goes into it (it really brings out the flavor of the blue cheese) - I love it on celery.... Using a fork, blend together till smooth and well mixed - taste & adjust seasonings - enjoy
