Instructions: In saucepan, bring 3 cups water and garlic to boil. Add frozen tortellini; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Add chicken broth, 1-1/4 cups water and peas; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook for 5 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm. Stir in pepper and sprinkle with cheese.
