Instructions: Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and honey. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add vanilla, mix well. In a large bowl, combine popcorn and nuts. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the popcorn mixture and stir until thoroughly coated. Spoon onto two ungreased rimmed baking sheets and bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely until crispy. Store in a pretty container for gift giving.
