Recipe for Nutty Chocolate Chip Muffins

250 gm	flour
1 tsp	baking powder
1/2 tsp	bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tbl	cocoa powder
100 gm	sugar
100 gm	butter - melted
2 x	eggs - lightly beaten
125 ml	UHT milk
1 tbl	honey
50 gm	Macadamia nuts - chopped coarsely

PLACE (A) and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir well. Combine melted butter, eggs and milk into the sifted dry ingredients and mix well. Add the honey, nuts and chocolate chips.

Spoon mixture into a greased muffin pan to three quarters full. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked. Turn onto a wire rack. Leave to cool. Sieve icing sugar on top before serving.
