125 gm Deluxe Belgium dark gluten free chocolate, broken into pieces (4oz)
25 gm Unsalted butter, (1oz)
25 gm Unsalted peanuts, (1oz)
25 gm Raisins, (1oz)
50 gm Mini marshmallows, (gluten free) (2oz)
50 gm White gluten free chocolate, broken into pieces (2oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Put the plain chocolate and butter in a bowl over steaming water and melt.

Stir in the peanuts, raisins, marshmallows until coated.

Turn out on greased proof paper and wrap the paper around the mixture, pressing it into a 4cm (1 1/2 inch) thick roll. Chill until firm.

Put the white chocolate in a bowl over steaming water and melt.

Unwrap the chilled roll, scatter the toasted almonds over a sheet of greased proof paper, and working quickly cover the roll in the melted white chocolate, then roll in the flaked almonds. Again wrapping the roll in the greased proof paper.

Chill until firm. To serve cut into thin slices.

NOTES : A delicious bar that can be cut into small wedges for special occasions.
