Instructions: Combine raisins and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover; reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Drain and set aside.

Cook rice (with 2 cups water for 20 minutes). Combine rice and remaining ingredients.
