Ingredients:

1 x 500 g pack frozen rhubarb
1 med Orange, juice of
2 tbl Soft light brown sugar
----------------- CRUMBLE TOPPING ----------------
250 gm Plain flour, (8oz)
75 gm Butter, (3oz)
25 gm Oatmeal, (1oz)
50 gm Soft light brown sugar, (2oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5.

Place the rhubarb in a shallow ovenproof dish. Pour over the orange juice and sprinkle over the sugar.

Place the flour in a mixing bowl and rub in the butter. Stir in the oatmeal, brown sugar and flaked almonds.

Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the rhubarb and smooth level.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and the crumble is golden brown.

Notes Serve with custard, double cream or vanilla ice cream.

NOTES : A delicious variation of the classic crumble.
