8 cup Sugar
10 cup Milk
3/4 cup Raisins
10 x Po-boy loaves or hoagies
10 x Eggs
1/2 cup Vanilla extract
1/2 lb Butter
----------------- WHISKEY SAUCE ----------------
1 cup White sugar
2 cup Water
1/4 lb Butter
Instructions:
Instructions: For the pudding 1. Mix all ingredients except bread. Break bread into pieces, about 1 inch in diameter.

2. Mix into bowl with hands. Pour into a 9 X 24 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours.

To Make the Sauce: 1. Boil water, sugar and butter for 30 minutes. Add whiskey.

2. Remove from heat. Pour over warm bread pudding.
