Instructions: In large bowl, or air-tight container, thoroughly combine oatbran, flour, rolled oats, sugar, raisins, apricots, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Store in cool, dry place for up to 4 weeks. TO MAKE ONE BATCH: Measure muffin mix into one large bowl. In separate bowl, beat egg; stir in milk, butter and orange rind. Stir into muffin mix just until combined. Spoon into large greased or paper lined muffin cups, filling to top. Bake in 375F oven for about 25 minutes, or until tops are firm to the touch.
