1/2 oz Oatmeal dry
1/3 cup Nonfat dry milk
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbl Raisins
2 tbl Peanut butter (chunky)
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 x Banana (mashed)(adds sweet)
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all. Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 F. for 5-8 min. Do not over-bake.

This makes 2 soft cookies. 1 cookie = 1 bread, 1/2 milk, 1 protein, 1 fat & 1 fruit.
