Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. In large bowl, with electric mixer on high speed, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and apple juice; beat until blended. 3. In medium bowl, combine oats, oat bran, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; beat until combined. 4. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto prepared sheets, making 24 cookies. Flatten with spatula. Bake 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on rack. Store in airtight container.
