Instructions: Grease a cookie sheet or use a non-stick coated one.
Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the margarine and water. Cut margarine into the dry mix with a pastry blender; blend until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle the cold water evenly over the surface; stirring with a fork until the dry mix is moistened. Roll dough on waxed paper to a -inch thickness. Cut into squares and place on the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Yield 24 cookies. Email this Recipe:
