Instructions: Cream butter and sugar until light, add well beaten eggs and vanilla, blend thoroughly. Combine rolled oats, baking powder and salt, mix well and add to creamed mixture.
Drop teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets 6cm apart. Bake in a moderate oven (350F) about 10 minutes. When cooked remove from trays at once to prevent breaking. Email this Recipe:
