9 cup unsifted flour
2 tsp salt
2 pkt dry yeast
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup margarine
2 x eggs, room temperature
2 cup cooked oatmeal
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine 2 cups flour, salt, and dissolved yeast. Heat water, milk, molasses, and margarine over low heat until liquids are 120-130 degrees.

Add to dry ingredients, beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Add eggs, cooked oatmeal, 1 cup flour. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough. Turn onto floured board, knead 8-10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, grease top. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Remove from pans. Cool on wire rack.
