Instructions: Combine egg substitute, buttermilk, oatmeal, molasses & oil. Stir in combined dry ingredients.
Waffles: Bake according to waffle makers directions. Pancakes: Drop batter by 1/4 cups onto a hot, greased griddle. Turn when bubbles begin to form on top of pancake. Approx. 15 pancakes. NOTES : Ive never had the Nutri-Grain waffles so I have no idea if this compares but here is the waffle recipe that my family has enjoyed for years. The nutritional info is based on 1/2 cup batter, which makes a 6 1/2 inch round waffle. Email this Recipe:
