CABBAGE WITH CREME FRAICHE : Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, season and serve. PORRIDGE: Heat the milk in a medium sized pan with a pinch of salt. As it comes to the boil, stir in the oats. Simmer gently for 4-5 minutes before serving. Serve with honey. FLAP JACKS: Preheat the oven to 220c/Gas Mark 7. 1 Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in a small, shallow ovenproof pan. When the sugar has dissolved, stir in the porridge oats. Reserve 15ml/1 tbsp mixture for the muesli. 2 Flatten the oat mixture down with the back of a spoon and transfer to the oven for 6-8 minutes. Serve with orange and lemon segments and a spoonful of cream. MUESLI: Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve with the reserved flap jack mixture and 2 orange slices.
