Instructions: I take En-Cors chicken breasts that I have cut into 1/2" strips and brown them slightly in butter. (These chicken breasts dont have a flour coating, which makes them pretty health.) You can also use the chicken strips that Louis Rich has just started making. While that is browning, make a salad the way you like it, mine includes: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, maybe mushroom and lots of shredded cheese.

Top with Ocharleys Honey Mustard Dressing that you normally find in the refrigerated section of the vegetables at some grocery store.
