brown ground beef, onion and celery, drain well add soup and soy sauce. Stir to mix. fold in rice and bean sprouts, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Pour into a 9 x 13 in casserole dish. Cover, bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbled. Sprinkle with Chinese noodles if desired. Bake 5 minutes more uncovered before serving. Can microwave, cover loosely with waxed paper and cook on 80 percent power for 15 to 16 minutes. Email this Recipe:
