1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup corn oil
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: With a fork, blend flour, oil & salt in a large bowl. Add water a little at a time & blend in with the fork. Continue until pastry holds togetehr. Divide into 5 equal parts. Roll into balls.

Store in icebox or freezer

Description: "This makes a tender, flaky crust. The pastry needs no rest or refrigeration. Well wrapped, it will keep in the icebox for several days."

NOTES : Makes 2 duble crust, 9" pies plus 1 single crust pie (5 crusts)
