1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup salad oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix flour and salt. Add oil, mix until particles are size of small peas. Sprinkle the cold water over flour mixture 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until dough is moistened and dough almost klings to the side of the bowl. Gather dough into a ball, wrap in wax paper. Roll pastry 2 inches larger than pie plate. Peel off top paper. Place pastry paper side up in pan. Peel off paper. Trim and complete. Baked pie shell requires 12 to 15 minutes of baking at 375 degrees.

NOTES : Makes enough for 10 inch one-crust pie or two 8 inch crusts.
