2 tbl soy sauce
1 tbl seasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp Japanese sweet cooking wine (mirin)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 tsp chopped cilantro
----------------- FOR THE DISH ----------------
1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna cut 1/2" cubes
1 med tomato cored, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
Instructions:
Instructions: Stir the soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, mirin, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce and cilantro together in a large bowl until blended.

For the Dish: Add the tuna, tomato, onion and seaweed to the bowl and toss until coated. Marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
