Amount Ingredient
1 x Onion, chopped
1 x Clove garlic, sliced
4 lrg Tomatoes, coarsey chopped
1 lb Okra, cut into 1/2" thick rounds
1/2 cup Wine, white
1 x Bay leaf
1 tsp Oregano
pn Sea salt
pn Black pepper
6 cup Rice, cooked, hot
2 tbl Parsley, fresh, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine onion, garlic, tomatoes, okra nad wine in a lare skillet and bring to a boil.

Add bay leaf and oregano. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season with salt and pepper and ladle over rice.

Garnish with parsley and olives.
