Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 sm Onions, peeled & diced
3 med Carrots, peeled & diced
4 oz Bacon, diced
2 tbl Butter
3 tbl Flour
4 cup Chicken broth
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Ambergs Sur-Lie Chardonnay
10 oz Heluva Good Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook bacon in butter until light brown. Add onions and carrots and saute for a few minutes. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Add broth, milk and Chardonnay. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cheese and season to taste.
