Instructions: Combine sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in medium saucepan. Stir in milk and eggs. Cook and stir until mixture simmers. Remove from heat; blend in vanilla, light cream, and heavy cream. Chill. Freeze in ice cream freezer.

Makes 3 quarts.
