1 lb	navy beans dry
3/4 lb	ham cooked,cubed
1 qt	water
1 med	onion chopped
1/2 cup	celery chopped
3 whl	peppercorns
1/4 tsp	ground pepper
	salt to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.(high:4 to 5 hours.)

Serving Ideas : Serve with crusty rolls or french bread.
