1/2 tsp	Salt
2 tbl	Sugar, to taste
1 dsh	Red pepper
4 tbl	Milk
1/2 cup	White vinegar

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients, except vinegar, in saucepan. Cook over low heat; stir in vinegar slowly until somewhat thick. Divine over shredded cabbage.
