1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter or margarine softened
3 x eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tbl poppy seeds
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 350 . In large mixer bowl combine sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (2 to 3 minutes). Add all remaining ingredients except powdered sugar. Continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Pour into greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan. Bake for 50 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. cool completely; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
