Instructions: Combine peaches, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon rind and juice and bourbon. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place bottom pastry in pie pan; add peach filling. Dot with the butter and place the top crust on it. Make a cutout design in the center of the top crust and then brush the top with cream. Bake 40 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting: Beat egg white slightly with a fork. Gradually beat in the confectioners sugar to make a medium thick icing. Add bourbon and beat. When pie is removed from oven, brush icing over top crust. Cool.
