Ingredients:

4 lrg onions chopped
2 tsp ginger shredded
2 tsp garlic shredded
150 gm mint leaves chopped
300 gm coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all the ingredients add a little water and grind to a smooth thick puree in a blender.

Stir well before serving.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days until needed but serve at room temperature.

Onions are used in a thousand and one ways in indian cookery. This is an all purpose chutney that can accompany kebabs samosas or any snack.
