Instructions: Melt the butter in an ovenproof dish, then add the rice and stir it in the butter. Add the soups and the water. Then bake at 350 C for 1 hour.

NOTES : This is a recipe that my mother received from a couple in Tennessee back in the 70s. It was originally called dirty rice.
