2 x onions, cut in 1/4" pieces
water
salt, to taste
2 x eggs
pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large sauce pan place onions and enough water to cover, add salt, cover and simmer for about 35 minutes or until onions are tender.

Add eggs and stirring at same time until egg whites are done, about 1 minute.

add pepper and butter stir until butter is blended in soup mixture.

Serve at once.
