Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 . Peel onions and boil in salted water to cover for 15-20 minutes or until onions are tender but not falling apart. Keep a close eye on them. Cool slightly and take out centers. Save for a soup. Mix sweet potato puree with remaining ingredients. Stuff centers of onions with potato. Put onions in baking dish with a quarter inch of water in bottom.
