Instructions: Trim fat from steak and brown on both sides in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in water, onion soup mix, potatoes, salt and pepper, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add green beans, cover and cook 10 minutes more until vegetables are tender. Remove meat and vegetables to heated platter, keep warm. In cup, blend 1/2 c. water and four until smooth; gradually stir into hot liquid in skillet and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve gravy with meat and vegetables.
