1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tbl Dijon Mustard
4 x English Muffins split and toasted
8 oz crabmeat
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to broil. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over muffin halves. In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley flakes. Divide crabmeat mixture evenly over muffin halves. Top each with a slice of Swiss Cheese. Broil about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve at once.
