4 slc Rye bread
Softened butter for spreading

1 lb Very thinly sliced corned beef
1 cup Well drained, chilled sauerkraut
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spread each piece of bread with butter and Russian Dressing. Arrange the bread on a baking sheet. Divide the corned beef and sauerkraut evenly among the bread and top each with a slice of cheese. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 5 minutes. Preheat the broiler and place the sandwiches under the broiler until the cheese is lightly browned.

This recipe yields 4 sandwiches.
