1 x Garlic Clove, Minced
8 oz Boned Pork Cutlets, Tenderized
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Vegetable Cooking Spray
1 cup Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 cup Thinly Sliced Onion
2 tbl Mango Chutney
2 tbl Dijon Mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Rub garlic over both sides of pork; sprinkle both sides evenly with sesame seeds. Place a medium skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat until hot. Add pork; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done. Remove pork from skillet; set aside, and keep warm. Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel. Recoat pan with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add mushrooms and onion; saute 3 minutes. Stir in chutney and mustard; cook 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Place pork on English muffin halves; top each with half of mushroom mixture.
