Instructions: Cut the bread into small rounds or daisy shapes with a cookie cutter, approximately 3 rounds per slice of bread. Wrap in plastic wrap and set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and curry powder. Spread a thin layer of the butter on each round, then spread with the mayonnaise mixture. Top with 1 tomato slice. Place the cream cheese in a pastry bag and pipe a tiny rosette in the center of each tomato. Garnish with a pinch of the parsley and serve.
