4 x Plain bagels
200 gm Creme fraiche, (7oz)
2 tbl Wholegrain mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the bagels in half.

Mix the creme fraiche and mustard and divide the mixture between the bagel halves.

Top with the Hot Deli salt beef and serve immediately.

NOTES : An American style bagel snack.
