Instructions: Slowly, with your hands, mix the sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
Roll into small balls after thoroughly mixed. Place balls on wax paper and put a toothpick in each. Refrigerate until chocolate is ready. In double boiler (or microwave), melt chocolate chips and shortening together. Dip balls in chocolate mixture and let as much chocolate as possible drip off. Place on waxed paper, remove toothpicks and chill in freezer until firm. Store in refrigerator. Email this Recipe:
