Instructions: Cook all potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until tender, about 35 minutes. Drain.
Transfer potatoes to large bowl and mash well. (Electric mixer works best for removing lumps.) Add remaining ingredients and continue mashing until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Note: Mashed potatoes can be prepared 2 hours in advance. Set aside at room temperature. Reheat in heavy medium saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently and thinning with more cream, if necessary.
